High Jumping FHE

Tonight for FHE Chad set up a high jump in our family room so he could start teaching the boys some of his skills.  I got a few good pictures.

This isn't the 6'8'' Chad jumped in high school, but because the ceiling fan gets in the way he can't jump any higher in the house.  Now he wants to be a high school track coach so he can see how high he can jump.  I told him we have to pay off our house first.

Bryant is Student of the Month!

Bryant got the student of the month award for his 1st grade class at his school's flag ceremony this morning.  I love the boys' school and the positive recognition they give to the students.  Bryant was so excited to get this award.  Last night as I was tucking him into bed he asked if I could help him pick out some nice clothes.  He even asked me to comb his hair this morning instead of wearing a hat!  He was also excited that Chad and I came to watch him get his award.  We are proud of our Bryant boy.
