Craziest Thing?

This morning while I was putting on my makeup Marlee started crying so I held her while I applied my mascara. That got me thinking about some of the things I have done one handed because I was holding a baby, for example making dinner, typing, packing and unpacking boxes (we moved when Karalee was just over 1 month old), etc. However, the craziest thing I have ever done while holding a baby is go to the bathroom. Gross I know, but I really had to go, and I was in a public restroom while Spencer was an older baby and I didn't have anything to set him in, and I wasn't about to put him on the floor, so I held him while I went potty. So now I want to know what are some of the crazy things you have done while holding a baby?

Marlee and Mary

Amy and David and their family came to visit this evening, I was so excited to get some pictures of Marlee and Mary together. Mary was born 6 days before Marlee. Hopefully they will become close friends.

One Week Old

Marlee is one week old today.

Karalee and Marlee

Marlee is so small we have to put a blanket inside of the other head rest in her car seat so she won't slump over while riding in the van.

Marlee's Birth

Here are some more pictures from the day Marlee was born.

This "belly shot" was actually taken on Mar. 11th, but I like it better than the other "belly shots" we took.

Laboring through the night

Chad getting ready to sleep on the couch bed. During the night while I was having contractions I would look over at him sleeping and think, this is not fair!

A few minutes after birth

The scale says 7 lbs 6.8 oz

Proud parents

After Marlee arrived Chad had to answer a few work calls.

Bryant's Surgery

Bryant had surgery to repair a hernia on March 19th.

Bryant liked the cows that were in front of the entrance

Dressed in his hospital attire

Playing with toys while we waited

Bryant got to decorate his mask with stickers and practice breathing deeply into it.

The surgery is over and was successful!!
