Marlee is three years old today! We had a fun day. I love my Marlee girl. After I got her dressed today she looked so cute I convinced her to go outside for a photo shoot. I am glad we did. We got some very cute pictures.
Spencer gave Marlee a little tiger
Karalee gave Marlee one of her dollies. Bryant gave Marlee lots of his Pokemon cards.
Marlee got some new dishes and pretend food so we pulled the toy kitchen into the family room so she could play with her new stuff.
Here is the birthday girl. Such a sweet, cute, spunky girl.
She started running out a steam.
All done! Time to play.
Grammy Sanders came to take Marlee for a birthday lunch date.
Getting ready for some cake. After she jumped on the trampoline with the sprinkler under it, she changed into her new clothes from Grammy Sanders.
Three things I love about Marlee.
1. She can't pronounce all her words right yet. One example, she pronounces the word girl as gwhirl.
2. She is soft spoken.
3. She has beautiful red hair and cute freckles.

Joseph's Birthday
Yesterday was Joseph's birthday. If he was alive he would be 9 years old now. We went and visited his grave last night for FHE and had a picnic dinner at a nearby park. We had a lesson about the Plan of Salvation on our drive to the cemetary.
I felt kind of sad yesterday, more so than I have for a long time. I think part of it was that I had a crazy, busy day. I was running from one thing to another and Tilly wasn't very happy in the car after the first couple of errands. Those kind of days are always hard. Another part is that I felt kind of like Joseph was forgotten and that not many people remember his birthday. Last night when Chad and I finally got a chance to talk we reminisced about the day he was born and I remembered how all the family was in the hospital giving us support, helping us through that difficult time, and meeting Joseph for the brief time that he was with us. That memory brought me comfort. It is good to know that I have family that love and support me when I need them most.
Today is Marlee's birthday. Joseph and Marlee have back to back birthdays. I'll post pictures of her day later. Here are the pictures we took last night at the cemetary.

February 2012
We had a great February.
Beware, not even babies are safe!
These next few pictures are from Tilly's blessing day. It was such a wonderful, heavenly day. I am sad that I forgot to take any pictures of her in her blessing dress, but at least we got a few pictures of her special day.

Tilly has the best smile!
Karalee took all these pictures of herself. They make me laugh.
I love that my kids are still little enough to share the chairs while they watch tv
I promise I do fix my hair and get dressed. It seems like most of the time we pull the camera out before I get ready for the day.
